Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is responsible in ensuring the hospital functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. Moreover, develops compliance programs including drafting, reviewing, updating the company policies to be implemented covering employees and physicians to prevent violations of the applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Develops measures to detect and correct violations committed and advises the management on possible risks and proposing mitigating measures relating to such risks.

 

Job Experience and Qualification:

  • Extensive background in implementation of government requirements and compliance preferably in healthcare setting.
  • Must have at least two-year experience with understanding on healthcare procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in writing and communication skills.
