De Los Santos Medical Center (DLSMC) recently opened its new and upgraded Emergency Room, now located at the Upper Ground Floor of its Main Hospital Building.
Compared with the old facility, the new Emergency Room now has a brighter ambience, is more spacious, and has a layout that provides better process efficiency and ease of traffic. Among its facilities include eight treatment beds, three critical beds, a Minor Operating Room, Observation Room, Isolation Room, and Decontamination Room. A roomy reception and triage area have also been added for the comfort and convenience of patients and their companions.
To get to the new ER, simply proceed upward the main ramp of the Main Hospital Building beside the main lobby entrance. Meanwhile, the location of the previous emergency room will be closed and will soon be converted into an outpatient services unit.
